The said revision petition has not been taken up for preliminary hearing also till date and warrants of possession have meanwhile been issued. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 6 only. Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take up the pending revision petition along with the stay application on the next date of hearing i.e. 16.09.2022.

Till the decision of the stay application, status-quo regarding possession as it exists today shall be maintained.
