At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the competent respondent to consider and decide their representation dated 23.05.2026 within a time-bound period. It is submitted that an identical direction has already been issued by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of similarly situated employees vide order dated 10.03.2026 (Annexure P-6).

Learned State counsel, who is in receipt of an advance copy of the writ petition and represents the respondents, submits that he has no objection if a direction is issued to the competent respondent to consider and decide the petitioners' representation (supra) within a time-bound period. 3.
In view of the above, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the petitioners' claim, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent respondent to consider and DEVINDER YADAV 2026.07.02 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
