**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that he has getting less pay than to his junior, namely, Wazir Chand (respondent No.5). As per seniority list (Annexure P-1), he has been senior to respondent No.5. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) to the respondent(s)/department but no decision has been taken thereon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the official respondent(s) to decide the representation dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-4), referred to above.
In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to decide the representation dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-4), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
