***** ARUN MONGA, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3, to protect life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4.

Apropos order dated 21.07.2023, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, informs the Court that petitioner No.1 herself made a statement that there is no threat perception to her. She is a married lady and residing with her husband currently. 3.

However, none appears for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no proceedings are warranted before this Court.

Consequently, present petition is dismissed.
