(Oral) Petitioners by way of present petition are seeking direction to the respondents to promote and set up their pay at par with their junior counterpart of reserved category i.e. Jaipal, in terms of instructions issued on 05.03.2009 (Annexure P-1) by the Government of Haryana. In this regard, the petitioners has made representations (Annexures P-8 and P-9) to the respondent(s) but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the representations (Annexures P-8 and P-9), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the representations (Annexures P-8 and P-9), filed by the petitioners, by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months, in accordance with law.
