Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to get the work executed for the construction of drain and culvert in the common street of Nagar Panchayat Ward No.1 Bhai Roopa, Tehsil Phool, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that tender for the purpose has already been approved and work has been partly undertaken by the contractor, but the same is not being completed, though it is the case of extreme emergency. For that purpose, petitioners have already made representations dated 20.02.2018 (Annexure P1), dated 12.09.2018 (Annexure P2) and dated 12.09.2018 (Annexure P3), respectively, but the same are still pending adjudication with the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.5-Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.09.28 13:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
