Grievance of the petitioners is that they are highest bidders for Plot No. 1006, Sector 13-17, Panipat and despite having deposited 10% of the bid money, letter of intent has not been issued to them. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). He submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be considered by the competent authority and a speaking order shall be passed at the earliest, in any case not later than ten days. In view of above, we feel that no further order needs to be passed. Petition is hereby disposed off.
