Narinder Pal v. Arun Kumar Bansal And Another
101 RA-CR-95-2026 IN COCP-979-2026 (O&M) NARINDER PAL V/S ARUN KUMAR BANSAL AND ANOTHER Present :
Mr. Narsingh Chauhan, Advocate, and Mr. S.K.Chauhan, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, Advocate, and Mr. H.P.Singh, Advocate, for respondent No.1. Mr. Alok Mittal, Advocate, for respondent No.2. ***** The present review application has been filed seeking recalling of order dated 20.05.2026 passed by this Court on the ground that due to sudden health issues, applicant/petitioner could not appear on 20.05.2026 i.e. the date of passing of the order by this Court. Notice in the application.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Keshav Pratap Singh, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. Alok Mittal, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner contends that since on the date of passing of the order by this Court, the applicant/petitioner could not appear due to some health reasons, therefore, could not explain regarding the maintainability of the contempt petition. I have heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner at length.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner could not satisfy this Court regarding the maintainability of the contempt petition since there is no direction by this Court, which is violated by the respondents. In view of the above, the present review application is dismissed.
