Through instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide legal notice dated 05.08.2018 (P-5) in view of judgments passed by this Court in CWP No.7862 of 2006 (P-3) by counting the period of adhoc service rendered by him for the purpose of seniority and grant of other reliefs. 2.
At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondents to decide legal notice dated 05.08.2018 (P-5) duly served upon the respondents, within a stipulated period.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved by any order of the aforesaid authority, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court or to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
