( Oral ) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has placed on record letter dated 8.4.2015 through which the Government of India has taken a decision to approve the extension in service of the petitioners on contractual basis for a period of six months or till the direct recruitment take place. This letter is ordered to be placed on record as Mark "A". In view of the abovesaid letter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. Disposed of accordingly.
