KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

After arguing for some time, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that he be given permission to withdraw this bail application at this stage, with liberty to file the fresh one, after recording of evidence of material witnesses i.e. recovery witnesses & investigating officer, by the trial Court. The counsel for the petitioner further submitted that direction be given to the trial Court to expedite the trial to record the statements of the aforesaid witnesses.

Accordingly, this bail application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
