Perusal of the paperbook reveals that the transfer application has been filed for seeking transfer of the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. DMC/43/2023 dated 09.05.2023, titled "Sira Singh v/s Karamjit Kaur". However, none has made appearance today. From the website of the concerned District Court, it is evident that the case has since been disposed of, copy of the status of the case has been placed on record.

In the given circumstances, the present application is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
