**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently certain specific prayers could not be incorporated in the writ petition. He, however, states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars and also by incorporating specific prayers.
