The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0033 dated 14.04.2021 under Sections 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, registered at Police Station Mattewal, District Amritsar Rural.

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for an adjournment. Same has been the position right from the filing of the present petition.

As per the allegations 1010 tablets (520 tablets of Etizolam and 490 tablets of Tramadole Hydrochloride) were recovered from the PARUL 2024.05.14 10:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
