Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that both the petitioners are of marriageable age and have married each other of their free will and consent but against the wishes of the respondents No.4 and 5 because of which the said respondents are now threatening life and liberty of the petitioners; and that representation Annexure P-7 dated 28.05.2026 of the petitioners moved before the Superintendent of Police, Ambala has till date not been decided.

Without commenting anything upon the validity or otherwise of the alleged marriage of the petitioners and also upon merits of the ANJU GOEL 2026.06.01 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petition in question, since the petitioners apprehend danger to their life
