Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to count the work charge period service rendered by the petitioner from 31.10.1973 to 01.07.1989 and from 01.07.1989 to 15.05.1992. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is entitled to the same as per judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in Kesar Chand and Others v. State of Punjab and Others 1988(5) S.L.R. 25. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner had already got issued legal notice dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P2), but the same has not been decided so far by the respondents.
