Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the award dated 23.01.2013 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court-I, Gurgaon.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of pay slip of the petitioner-Hoshiyar for the month of October, 2022 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has been granted the employment as Assistant Pump Operator in the Public Health Engineering Department by the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited.
