Since, the learned State Counsel, has stated at the Bar, that very soon, a cancellation report would be instituted, before the learned trial Magistrate concerned, in respect of FIR No. 0103 of 01.10.2021 (Annexure P2), registered at Police Rahon, against private respondents, constituting therein offences under Sections 427, 447 of the IPC. Therefore, the prayer in the petition for directions being made upon the respondents concerned to hold the relevant inquiry in a fair manner, cannot be granted. 2.

The remedy, if any, to challenge the cancellation report, becomes comprised in a protest petition, to be instituted before the trial Judge concerned.
