This petition is filed for quashing of the admission of respondent Nos.2 to 11 in the LL.B. (Evening) course for the session 20152016 at the stage when the said respondents are at the verge of taking exams of their 1st semester.

The merit list was admittedly displayed on 21.07.2015 and the first counselling was held on 22.07.2015. The 2nd counselling was held on 27.07.2015 and the 3rd counselling was held on 31.07.2015. The challenge to the admission of respondent Nos.2 to 11 at this stage is hit by delay and laches.

Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed on this ground alone.
