As per facts of the case, prosecutrix 'N' gave her statement that she is married lady and her husband was in jail for the last about 8/9 years. About 4 years ago, Arjan Singh, brother-in-law in relation started visiting her house and maintained physical relations with her forcibly. He also compelled her for obscene video calls. He took screenshots of her objectionable photographs and saved it in his phone. Said screenshots were sent to Satnam Singh, Rohit and Vishal. On the basis of said photographs, she was forced to have physical relations with them. Later-on, Rohit had sent her objectionable photographs on the Instagram ID of her brother-in-law. Thereafter, matter was reported to the police. 3.

Learned counsel representing petitioners denied the allegations levelled against them. Prosecutrix has concocted a false version. There is long delay in lodging the report to the police. Petitioners have already joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the investigating agency. They are still ready to abide by the terms and conditions of bail order. 4.

Status report filed in both cases confirming the facts narrated in the FIR. There are allegations of committing rape by blackmailing the prosecutrix. It is conceded that petitioner Rohit Kumar in CRM-M-333122025 has joined the investigation and mobile phone is already recovered. Similarly, Vishal in CRM-M-34042-2025 has also joined investigation. As per instructions given by ASI Jasbir Singh. They are not required for further investigation.

I have considered the arguments and have gone through the record carefully. As referred above, both petitioners have joined investigation and fully cooperated with the investigating agency. Allegations and the defence raised by the petitioners are matter of trial. Therefore, without expressing my mind on the merits of the case, anticipatory bail petitions filed by Rohit Kumar (CRM-M-33312-2025) and Vishal (CRM-M-34042-2025) are allowed subject to the conditions that petitioners will join investigation as and when required. They will not tamper with or interfere with investigation and will not leave country without prior permission as provided under Section 482 (2) of BNSS, 2023.
