No. 6344-CII-2019 in/and F.A.O No. 5104 of 2012 Keeping in view the fact that the matters stands compromised between the parties, the matter is taken up today itself for disposal. The Insurance Company is ready to compromise the case and pay a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- more to the appellant over and above the compensation already paid by them, as per the award of the learned Tribunal in full and final settlement of the award.
In view of the above factual position, FAO stands disposed of and the Insurance Company is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.07 lacs before the Lak Adalat Branch of this Court within a period of four weeks in the name of appellant No. 1 and thereafter, the amount shall be released to the appellants by the Lok Adalat Branch.
