This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take proper action in FIR No.0018 dated 04.11.2019 under Sections 120-B, 34, 363, 366-A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Utawar, District Palwal.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Subhash Chander, has stated that a cancellation report has already been prepared qua FIR No.0018 dated 04.11.2019.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law.
