       After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will pursue her representations Annexures P-9, P-10 and P-11 filed before the respondent-university. In view of the prayer made, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent-university that in case the petitioner does so, the respondent-university will consider the aforesaid representations filed by the petitioner and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.

Since the petition has been disposed of at the motion stage, the petitioner shall submit a certified copy of the order passed today along with copy of the petition before the respondent-university. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
