On 23.06.2025, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that though the transfer order mentions the factum of mutual consent been obtained from the petitioner, however, the same was never done, thus incorrect facts have been mentioned in the order of transfer. Notice of motion for 04.07.2025.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Amit Aggarwal, D.A.G.,Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and prays for some time to file response.

On filing of process fee, let notices to remaining respondents be issued for the date fixed. To be shown in the urgent cause list."
