Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to extend the benefit of re-fixation of pay/pension of the petitioners with effect from 01.04.1979 as has been ordered by this Court in Dharam Pal Singh v. State of Haryana & Others (CWP-16084-1997, decided on 27.07.2000).

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for redressal of their grievance, petitioners got issued legal notices dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P8), dated 07.07.2018 (Annexures P9 & P10), respectively, but no action has been taken thereon so far by the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notices dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P8), dated 07.07.2018 (Annexures P9 & P10), respectively, and DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.01 14:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
