The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the interim orders dated 27.05.2024 (Anenxure-P-4) and 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar in Civil Suit No.1931 of 2019 [Gurinder Singh vs. Alka Gupta].

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Amritsar, during the interregnum, the main civil suit itself stands dismissed as withdrawn by the Trial Court vide order dated 19.11.2025 and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
