(Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record reply to the CM application by way of affidavit of Additional Affidavit of Jatinder Kaur, Under Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of School Education. Prayer is accepted. Reply is taken on record. Petitioner who is working as Principal of Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Fazilka, has impugned her transfer order dated 21.11.2017, Annexure P-2 from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Fazilka to Government Senior Secondary School (Boys), Khalra, District Tarn Taran.

By virtue of interim order passed at the time of issuance of notice of motion, petitioner has been working at Fazilka. This court does not intend to enter into the merits of the case. Petition is, thus, disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to examine the grievance of the petitioner afresh and pass a fresh speaking order within two months. Till then petitioner would be allowed to continue at Fazilka.
