On instructions received from ASI Kewal Singh, learned State counsel does not refute the statement made by counsel for the petitioner. Given above, petition is allowed and the interim order dated 03.02.2022 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions:-
1. Within 15 days, the petitioner shall mention details of all assets, held either individually or jointly, including bank balances, fixed deposits, DEMAT Accounts, to the Investigator and its copy to the complainant/victim(s).
