The instant petition has been filed so as to assail order dated 13.7.2023 (Annexure P-8) vide which the petitioner has been declared a 'proclaimed person' in respect of a matter arising out of FIR No.202 dated 20.7.2022, Police Station Kotwali Kapurthala, District Kapurthala, under Sections 160, 148, 149 IPC.

Report of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kapurthala has been received to the effect that the petitioner had surrendered before this Court and upon his confession he stands convicted vide judgment and order dated 2.8.2024. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, no further directions are required to be issued in the present case. The instant petition, as such, is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
