Present writ petition is for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P7), passed by respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, whereby respondent No.4-Durga Devi has been reinstated to the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Village Bhondsi, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram. Petitioner, who is complainant in the matter, is aggrieved of the passing of such an order of reinstatement of respondent No.4 to the post of Sarpanch and he preferred an appeal before respondent No.1 on 28.08.2018, but the same has not been listed for hearing even and no action is being taken till date.
