(ORAL) The present revision petition is filed for seeking a direction to the learned District Judge, Ludhiana to decide the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act as expeditiously as possible. It is stated that the same is pending since more than six and half years. However, nothing is mentioned in the petition qua stage of the case or as to who is responsible for delaying the same. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
