By way of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks, inter alia, a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take strict legal action against private respondents No.4 to 7. Petitioner further prays for protection of his life and liberty, as well as that of his family, from the alleged threats posed by respondents No.4 to 7. In addition, a direction is sought to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 16.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law, and to take necessary legal action against the said private respondents. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
