PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) On 31st of August, 2022, the following order was passed :- "Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.07 dated 01.08.2018, registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Ambala, petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter-alia contends that the petitioner is the whistle blower in the present matter and it is in fact on the PIL filed by the petitioner that the present scam was unearthed. However, during investigation it is the petitioner who has been falsely implicated at the instance of main accused. Notice of motion 15.12.2022.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl.AG, Haryana, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondentState. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/ Investigating Officer. Today, Ld. State Counsel on instructions from Inspector Jaipal submits that the petitioner has already joined investigation and is no more required for custodial interrogation.

Apart from that counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being victimized as whistle blower. 4.

Without commenting on the merits of the case and in view of the aforesaid fact, order dated 31st of August, 2022 is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5.

The petitions stands disposed off.
