(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to cancel the mutation in view of order dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Competent Authority under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007-cum-SDM Ludhiana in case No.33 instituted on 16.06.2023 titled as "Smt. Sunita Sharma vs. Sh. Vishal Sharma" under Section 23 of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2.
