Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to count his past service in three institutes for the purposes of grant of senior scale selection and selection grade.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner had moved representation dated 31.07.2014 (Annexure P-13) before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance but no action has been taken on the same so far.

Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation Annexure P-13 moved by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
