Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in view of the reply submitted by the respondents, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

Petitioner has filed this petition that the respondents be directed to release his pension.

Para 2 of the short reply submitted by the respondents reads as under:- "That it is further submitted that the main grudge of the petitioner is that he has not been granted/released the pension. In this regard it is submitted that the basic pension of Rs. 6880/- has authorized to the petitioner/pensioner by P.A.O. vide PPO No. 23903-1423076 dated 5.6.2014 and it was also intimated to the petitioner by the office of respondent No. 2 vide letter dated 18.4.2014 and requested him to approach the GURPREET SINGH 2016.04.05 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Civil Writ Petition No. 6627 of 2015 -2concerned Bank and the answering respondent also requested the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Gautam Budh Nagar Branch, U.P. For disbursing of the pension, including the pension arrears to the petitioner." In view of the reply submitted by the respondents, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
