       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.888 dated 04.12.2017 registered under Sections 364-A, 341, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar, District Hisar.

Vide order dated 14.10.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwant Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 14.10.2021 AMAN JAIN 2022.05.18 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
