The legal notice under Annexure P-6 issued by the petitioner to the respondent Power Corporation shall be considered and appropriate order be passed. The Power Corporation will also consider whether there is any similarity of circumstances as was addressed by this Court in C.W.P. No.16387 of 2012 titled "Simran Chahal Vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd." decided on 31.08.2012. If there exists no impediment for grant of electricity connection, the same shall be issued as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
