Main case This petition has been entertained and grant of admission to Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management at IIM Indore is held, subject to final outcome of this petition. The prayer in the writ petition is to verify the answer sheet pertaining to entrance examination of the petitioner conducted at Ludhiana.

CWP-17754-2025 (O&M) -2Reply has been filed by the respondent No.2-IIM Indore, challenging the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that no part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial limits of this Court. Although, copy of the objection has been served upon the counsel for the petitioner but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not traceable and despite best endeavour, she could not be contacted. No replication could be filed, either. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to move an application, if the petitioner intends to pursue the cause. )
