By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider representation dated 17.12.2016 (Annexure P-7) in the light of order dated 30.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) passed by this Court in CWP-10575-2013 as well as to grant the arrears of revised pay scales to him from the date 38 months prior to the filing the writ petition along with interest. 2.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 27.12.2016 (Annexure P-7), within a stipulated period.

Instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Financial Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Department of Sonika 2018.03.01 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

State of Punjab and others", decided on 30.07.2015 (Annexure P-5), within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to have recourse to the remedies as well as to approach this Court.
