Limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners is that respondents may adhere to the Punjab Custom Milling of Paddy Policy (Kharif 2018-19). According to him, paddy is being allotted without adhering to the policy in question. The entire purpose of issuing the policy is, thus, frustrated.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioners shall be examined by respondents no. 1 & 2 and a decision taken thereon at the earliest, in any case not later than two weeks. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
