RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that request of the petitioner for release on parole has been rejected in consonance of provisions of section 6 of the Act. According to her, petitioner already had a meeting with his father as he visited the Jail. She further states that in case any fresh application is moved, same shall be disposed of on merits. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
