SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of FIR No.0458 dated 24.09.2021 registered under Section 346 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1).

Pursuant to order dated 06.12.2021, report has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh in a sealed cover. The sealed cover has been ordered to be opened. Report as well as statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C have been perused. Statement is ordered to be kept back in a sealed cover which is ordered to be sealed and the same be sent to the Trial Court.
