JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is serving as Superintendent Grade 2, with the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Punjab. He has made two prayers in the instant petition. First prayer is for setting aside his transfer from ESI Hospital, Amritsar, to Government College of Nursing, Amritsar vide impugned order dated 13.4.2018 (Annexure P3) and second for release of his salary w.e.f. April 2018.

CWP-25246-2018 (O&M) Welfare, Punjab, Sector 34, Chandigarh, states that the petitioner in compliance of the transfer order dated 13.4.2018 (Annexure P3), had joined his place of posting at Government College of Nursing, Amritsar, on 16.4.2018 and his salary upto date has been released. As regards transfer, State counsel states that it is within the same city. In view of above, nothing more survives in the instant writ petition for adjudication and the same is accordingly dismissed.
