Through the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 186 dated 11.09.2021 registered under Section 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Khanna City-2, Police District Khanna.
Vide order dated 14.10.2021 passed by this Court, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner. # " 14.10.2021 Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Charanjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 14.10.2021 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The amount of Rs. 5 lakh deposited by the petitioner with the Registry, by way of a demand draft, be released to the complainant, however, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner.
