The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and to decide the legal notice dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P-3).

Learned State counsel while referring to para No. 2 of the reply dated 16.02.2023, wherein in preliminary submission, it has been stated that all dues of the petitioner, in accordance with law have been paid. 3.
No one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing and the position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the department, if need arises.
