RAJIVE BHALLA, J (Oral) The petitioner's grievance is that despite eviction orders having been affirmed by this court in Civil Writ Petition Nos.9346 and 15728 of 2012, the respondents have not taken any steps to implement the eviction orders.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner and as the official respondents are duty bound to implement orders of eviction, dispose of the writ petition by directing the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, District Kaithal, to ensure that all help is provided to the Assistant Collector of the Ist Grade, concerned, who shall, in the absence of any legal impediment, ensure that eviction orders are implemented, within two months of the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
