The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.420 dated 27.6.2020 at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code and Section 24 of Immigration Act, wherein offences under Sections 120-B, 370 and 384 IPC were added later on 2.

However, there has been a development in the instant case inasmuch as the complainant has effected a compromise with the petitioner and on the basis of which this Court vide separate order of even date passed in CRM-M38040 of 2020 has ordered for quashing of the FIR qua the petitioner.
