(Oral) This petition has been filed on mere apprehension by two Guest Faculty Teachers that they will be replaced by another set of Guest Faculty Teachers in Government College, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Mukatsar Sahib.

The petitioners have been engaged as Guest Faculty Teachers for the academic session 2015-16, which has come to an end. Since the grievance is of apprehension, no interference is called for at this stage. If the College Authorities take any action adverse against the petitioners other than by way of disciplinary action of misconduct, then the petitioners would be free to approach this Court again, if the threat is actually carried out. With the aforesaid liberty, the instant petition is disposed of.
