The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of Kalandra registered vide Rapat dated 10.08.2022 under Sections 107, 150, 151 CrPC at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
